1. Return Policy (7 Days)

Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.

A return request will be accepted only if:

  • The product is unused and in original condition

  • The product is returned with original packaging

  • The item is not damaged by the customer


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Clearance or discounted items (if mentioned at the time of purchase)


3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Since MR e Store mainly offers Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • Refunds are not made in cash

  • Approved refunds may be offered as:

    • Product replacement, or

    • Store credit (if applicable)

Refund method will be decided after inspection of the returned product.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Share your order number and reason for return

  3. Our team will guide you with the return instructions

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


5. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to a wrong, damaged, or defective item, return shipping will be covered by MR e Store

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, shipping charges will be paid by the customer


6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong product:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share clear pictures or video proof

We will arrange a replacement after verification.
