The item is not damaged by the customer

Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
Clearance or discounted items (if mentioned at the time of purchase)
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Since MR e Store mainly offers Cash on Delivery (COD):
Refunds are not made in cash
Approved refunds may be offered as:
Product replacement, or
Store credit (if applicable)
Refund method will be decided after inspection of the returned product.

To initiate a return:

Share your order number and reason for return

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping Charges
If the return is due to a wrong, damaged, or defective item, return shipping will be covered by MR e Store
If the return is due to a change of mind, shipping charges will be paid by the customer
6. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong product:
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
Share clear pictures or video proof
We will arrange a replacement after verification.
